In the year 2371, the new starship
USS Voyager is on her first mission, the search for a maquis vessel that disappeared in
the Badlands, when she is hit by a displacement wave, created by a powerful life-form
called the Caretaker, and taken to the Delta Quadrant on the other side of the Galaxy.
75000 light years away from Earth, the crew of the maquis vessel has joined the crew of
Voyager and together, under the command of Captain Kathryn Janeway, they have set course
for home, always hoping to shorten their long voyage by a new technology, a wormhole or
